「Not what I expected – location, service, breakfast and “pool” all disappointing I stayed at this hotel in Cartagena and unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The location wasn’t convenient for me – it felt out of the way and not ideal for exploring the city easily. Service was average at best and didn’t feel particularly helpful or attentive. 「Great location to explore all touristic sites. I felt safe here as well. Most importantly, the AC works very well which is a must in Cartagena. You can do laundry which came in handy for my bf and I.」
