「Our stay at the Four Seasons Cartagena was nothing short of spectacular. The property is well designed, centrally located and have all the amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The rooms were pristine and cofee and breakfast were well made and delicious ! Most of all, the staff made us feel most at home. From Daniel who welcomed us, Juliet/Yulieth and Onoris at Patio Limonar to Andres and Angely from the coffee bar Rialto- all of them made our visit most memorable !」

「During my stay, we didn't have water for almost a full day. The amenities were very limited. The kitchen and the bar closed at 5pm. They had a ton of mosquitos in the lobby. The first room they put me in the bed and sheets were made but the sheets and pillows smelled like a sweaty man. The staff was very curious and friendly. The breakfast was very basic.」
