Casa Emma Hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean cosy and spacious and the pool was perfect to relax by. The staff were very friendly and accomodating! The building is beautiful and in the best location, a short walk to everything you need. Would highly recommend!

Great property, updated with a rustic style. The bed was awesome! Only improvements would be to the hot water heater on the shower as it is hard to regulate the temperature of the water.

It was a great experience for me and my wife. Very cozy atmosphere like our home. Caring staff who always are there to assist us with kindness and big smile. But the best part is you are in the center of history of Cartagena. Very safe and surrendered with colorful houses. Amazing hotel breakfast and street food.

Staff was very nice! However, this hotel has very small rooms, with no furniture other than a bed and TV. Internet/wifi in the rooms is spotty. Had to ask for everything (soap, clean towels) instead of that being part of the regular room cleaning and servicing.

Cutest Boutique Hotel. Excellent location, the NICEST most helpful staff, CLEAN, cutesie and demure Property. My only negative comment will be that you can hear everything inside your room. They should reinforce “quite public areas from 10am-10pm” no kids should be allow to be running in the hallways at 7am in the morning. Pool hours should also be reinforced. This property is centrally located in the Wall City, is within walking distance to great restaurants and major attractions and is about 10-15 mins car ride to Boca Grande ( beach area).

Had issues with the WiFi on my last night/day. It seems a very new establishment and not quite finished, work still going on. Nice enough room though and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, just a shame about the WiFi as it affected the tv also

This was a very cute boutique hotel. But it needs some additions to be rated a 5 star. The rooms lack a bit of paint and the showers are either very cold or very hot. The room is also missing a save to put money and important documents as well as a small fridge. Besides that, the place was very clean and the staff was willing to help at all times.

A Casa Emma é uma ótima opção de custo benefício pra quem procura agilidade e deseja ficar perto de exatamente tudo! Embora os quartos sejam bem pequenos os funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos e o ambiente é agradável mesmo estando em reformas! The property was centrally located, which was convenient, but that also means it’s right in the hustle and bustle, where the prostitutes and people aggressively selling stuff congregate. The property itself was beautiful, and the employees were kind and helpful. The pool seemed to have a leak or something as the water level kept getting lower and lower, so I didn’t go in, but it’s a nice little spot to relax and unwind.
