I had a great stay at this hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. Everything was very clean and modern, and the rooftop area was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena.

10/10. Staff was amazing and helpful, very clean and beautiful design. The gym has great equipment and the roof top is really cool with a nice view. The only thing Is maybe some chicken or fish options for the breakfast. Was only beef or pork for meat protein

Without exaggerating, this is probably the best international hotel I have ever stayed in. Completely saved my Cartagena trip. It was our first time to Cartagena, and we had booked another hotel which was so horrible, even with 3 days left we opted to this hotel and just checked out of there early. From before we could even enter the building someone was already headed towards us to grab bags, billingual. Next, at the counter while waiting to get checked in, we are brought the most refreshing juice. As we finished bags are taken again and brought upstairs to our room. We got the top floor room and the room was flawless. The way the AC is positioned central on the ceiling, the view was immaculate, the list of items to use/purchase was extensive and very well priced. The included breakfast literally changed EVERY day. The basics of it stayed the same, but there were always different meats, bases, fruits available which kept it not feeling generic like usual and everything tasted amazing. The staff, literally anywhere you go, the cleanliness of the building, the safeness and the location to easily get around town was just flawless. 10/10 if I ever go to Cartagena again I can't imagine staying anywhere else. This hotel single handedly saved our trip. It was for my lady's birthday and even on her special day someone came up and delivered a plate with a mini cake just for her to say Happy Birthday and it wasn't even planned. All around thank you so much for the hospitality

The breakfast menu was fresh, changed a few options everyday. The property is very nice, rooms are a little small. Staff is very nice and courteous. Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants in the area and is close to the city center.

Generally good. Rooms small but pleasant and well furnished. Bathroom and shower very good. Clean hotel, reasonable basic facilities (gym, small pool, breakfast room). Adequate breakfast. Personally I hate being escorted to my room and shown where the lightswitch is and various other obvious features of the room - i also dislike the demand that my small rucksack is taken off me at checkin to be carried up by the concierge. Small thing - but you are required to be 'tagged' on checkin with a plastic strip around the wrist which you cannot take off even for, sleeping, showering, going out for dinner etc. In thousands of hotels around the world, I have never been required to be tagged - especially with something on my wrist which my face lies on while sleeping. At nightclubs for a few hours, yes, but not simply to spend some nights in a hotel room in a hotel with nice, but very basic facilities.

Excellent place to stay. The staff are 1st class. Restaurant on 2nd floor has some excellent choices, and one you should avoid if you are from the US. Avoid the Casear Salad, because they literally cooked it in the oven.

This hotel 10/10 !! Book with them for sure you won’t regret it <3. Breakfast was really good, with a great selection of food and drinks. They always made your bed in the AM and changed towels and sheets. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
