Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Estelar Cartagena fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos todo fue perfecto. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Raúl, Alfonso, Juan y Mildreth por todas sus atenciones y por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

Our stay began on a positive note. The property is attractive, and the staff was welcoming upon arrival. We were offered a paid upgrade to an ocean-view suite, which we accepted. Unfortunately, shortly after settling in, we noticed small cockroaches in the room. On the first day, we saw a couple. While concerning, we initially tried to be understanding. However, the issue persisted into the second day. At that point, my husband expressed serious concern and suggested we consider moving to another hotel. We chose to remain for our final night since we were departing the following day. However, when we returned from our activities on the third evening, we encountered a significant number of cockroaches in the room , approximately 8 to 12 visible at once. This was clearly beyond an isolated occurrence and suggested a larger infestation issue. We immediately contacted the front desk. By the time staff arrived, the insects had retreated, but the experience itself was extremely distressing. We were transferred to another room, though this occurred at the very end of our stay. When we requested to speak with a manager that evening, we were informed none was available. The only compensation offered was reimbursement for a short taxi ride (approximately $5) to the nearby boat departure point, which did not address the severity of the situation. The following morning, we were told the manager was in a meeting and were asked to submit our concerns via email. We did so and have not r
