I like the property. It’s really beautiful, but it’s a little bit out of the way, in terms of where all the stuff for the locals to do is. I also felt that the staff was a little unfriendly, but other than that. It’s a beautiful hotel.

The pool staff and generally all staff are amazing! Everyone always had a smile on their face and was very friendly. The only downside was the breakfast was not the best - the eggs especially. We would absolutely come back to Colombia and stay at Estelar.
