Very good location with access to beach two blocks away. One block from main road with tons of restaurants and shopping malls. Hotel was very good value for the price. Jesus at front desk provided very good customer service. Will definitely be returning next time staying in Cartagena.

It was good for the price. Pros: Nice pool but a tad small, AC was phenomenal, staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, restaurant on site, the showers had the power of Atlantis itself supplying the water pressure, convenient location (close to church, shops, groceries, restaurants, the beach, etc.) Cons: Wifi only worked in the halls and main areas (they did say they’d fix it or have us change rooms which we eventually switched and the wifi was still shoddy. We had room 311 then swapped to room 202), only soundproof from other rooms but the hotel is near some rowdy businesses (rm 311)so I heard a lot of hee hee and ha ha at night along with some great music but it was 2am and I wanted to sleep since I was doing early morning tours. Consider carefully if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the pool closes at 8pm but I heard some drunk people hanging out there in the pool area. We were right above it (rm 202) so I heard the entire slurred conversation start to finish.

The location and the room size in general worked great for me. Glad to have air conditioning and a safebox in the room. The elevator is under construction, but it was not a problem for me. The pool fit perfectly for its purpose and breakfast is quite good and well served.

an amazing hotel… unless you get room 101

We had our first night in what seemed to be the worst room of the hotel (room 101) and thankfully were able to change into a much better room the next day thanks to the very helpful staff. That first room shouldn’t exist especially for this price and it is a shame that they dare put customers in it, especially when the rest of the hotel is so nice. The pool is perfect, the breakfast is delicious, staff is very kind and helpful, hotel is in a very convenient area, the only minus would be how the noise gets inside the rooms easily from early morning. I think I would recommend this hotel if i didn’t have the experience of being put in room 101 the first day, for without that, it was great.

The pictures are very misleading! The blue was represented in the rooms as advertised! None of the toiletries as advertised are there. Not even the blue bed linen are on the beds. The 1st room was unpleasant and I asked to be moved..I thought the room was not properly cleaned with a very evident greasy glass shower, nor did the door close! The night Receptionists was rude along with a guest...I asked the 1st night to be moved (I was told no manager on staff to accommodate my request). As I was still talking, another guest walked in I was immediately ignored while he serviced the guest! The guest as well ignored that I was talking already with the Receptionists. I was accommodated with a better room the next morning when the manager arrived.
