「Everything about our stay was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was artfully decorated, and bed very comfortable. The little extra touches were noticed and appreciated. Will definitely come back to stay and recommend to friends and family. Obrigada 💕」

「Excellent location and absolutely stunning apartment. Very clean and boutique like. The only thing is no elevator, it was difficult for us because we had many big suitcases. But if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable stay in the city center this is an incredible property.」

「Excellent location and the staff were very accommodating & responsive. Beautiful way to stay in Lisbon.」

「Marvelous property. My room had a terrific view.」

「Facilities and services are not good as it is not corresponding to its luxury price. Water power in bath room is small. One of the room keys are not working. The staff for cleaning the room searched and touched my open luggage as my things are not in the order that I packed my luggage.」

「The manager Antonio was so accomodating and very pleasant. He can be easily contacted anytime when you need something. The staff at the LV Premier office are very kind to keep our luggages before our flight back home. I would highly recommend this place because of the staff and the accessibility to everything. 」

「I would recommend this hotel to my friends planning to Lisbon. The room is spacious and the daily cleaning made the room really clean and tidy. There are lots of TV channel which is good for international travelers. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are willing to assist with our request. I like the breakfast with variety of fruit.」

「This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. Last but not least, their honesty bar is so good. 」

「Good in general, room spacious, washing machine not working 」

「The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!」
