「Bathroom filthy. Towels filthy. TV didn’t work. Screaming and door slamming all night.」

「Thoguht it was a fine place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds had nice firm mattresses. I liked the old posters showing the movies that had been filmed in Canon City and the plaques on the doors showing which Stars had stayed in the rooms. The breakfast could be improved. The biscuits and bagels were still frozen when I got to them. But, breakfast at a place like this is always hit or miss.」

「Staff is very helpful almost hovering!!! Lots of different amenities like a kiddie park. As a solo female I appreciated being moved to a king inside room with double locked doors. But don’t be fooled by the upgrade. The 200 block of king rooms is shabby compared to doubles. Bed and room are old but very clean. Still a nice surprise. Restaurants and grocery store very close」

「Nice sized rooms and we enjoyed coming in after our night out and finding a popcorn machine that provided a great evening snack. The other rooms do seem to be occupied by people living there with food, clothes and possibly garbage sitting outside some rooms. We didn’t expect that but I guess it is an extended stay hotel. Room was fairly clean and simple so if you’re expecting frills don’t stay here.」

「Sunshine was a wonderful host answering all our questions by text quickly and very accommodating. This place is in the most beautiful spot, 360 degree views, peaceful and serene. We reserved the repurposed barn which had 3 bedrooms and one large well equipped bathroom. The common space is large with a pool table and full size pac man game the kids loved!
