"This hotel was awesome! The staff was accommodating and super friendly! The breakfast selection was great and mountain views were beautiful. The room was nice and clean and the restaurant for dinner was delicious!"

"I want to start off with the positives; the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Now onto the nitty gritty. Our room was not clean. The shower drain in our room was clogged and the fan did not circulate at all. The pool was very dirty, including a glass that had been there the entirety of our stay and not picked up as well as “floaters” in the pool. Breakfast left much to be desired as every day something was missing such as mugs for coffee and cups for juice. When we asked the staff at the breakfast area for cups and mugs we were met with indifference and rude attitudes. We ordered room service one night and received burned Mac and cheese (not sure how you even burn it) and the most disgusting fries known to mankind. We also were not informed that the hotel was under construction and the elevator was barely functioning. Using the stairs and seeing the leaking pipes was an interesting experience for us and our children. I could go on but I think I have said enough. Overall, I’m very disappointed. "

"The front desk lady was nice and the room was clean. Otherwise, it was pretty bad. Walls and doors so thin can hear everything, including people dragging their luggage thru the parking lot. The free breakfast had no meat, no eggs - pretty much danish and make your own pancake. The shower soaps and conditioner didn't work or were empty. The wifi password did not work"

"We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. So just be sure that you put your order in the night before on time! We were still able to call in our order in the morning and it came just fine. We also had breakfast at the Grandview restaurant and our server Casey was exceptionally kind and attentive. He tried to help us figure out a couple of Vegan options as well. The views were wonderful, and the rooms were so nice in the lodge. We liked hooking up the Bluetooth to the bathroom mirror, the delicious nespresso, coffee, light up closet, warm fireplace, hot tub, which was indoors, but the glass doors were wide open which made you almost feel like you were outside. This is a great place! The staff are all truly wonderful!"
