Beautiful view of the mountains! And the motel/casino is spacious, clean, and top notch! Lots of restaurants, pool spa, and very close to Main Street and attractions in Cripple Creek.

They charged us for $144 for items from there min-bar. I had to move some item so that I could place insulin and other refrigerated medicines in the refrigerator. We told them when we checked out, the manager was supposed to verify this, but they still charged us. We called but eight hours later they have not returned our call. You would expect better service $29 dollars a day for the Resort Fee.

Hotel was beautiful and very comfy. The beds were nice and the room was amazing. I loved the free sauna and the rooftop pool was nice. The steam room was broken so that was a bummer. The casino was okay. Very hot and crowed. The Prime restaurant was was extremely expensive and the food was awful. Don't waste your money eating there. Stay and enjoy but eat elsewhere. The cafe in the lobby was nice but also super expensive.

It was a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and casino. The only issue we had was in the morning where there was no coffee anywhere. The barista had called off and the machine wasn’t working and the coffee pots they had out were empty. That was a bummer but that was literally the only issue.

Though the property is only a couple of years old, the handle fell off the shower door, an electrical outlet was missing a cover and bedding was torn and frayed at a corner. The rooms were clean, as was the casino. Room service food was surprisingly tasty. It took three tries to check into our two rooms, which were not ready at the advertised check in time. The minibar in one room wasn’t stocked with snacks. Couldn’t get the fridge door open if I’d wanted to enjoy a beverage. There’s some kind of high tech display that charges you for a snack item if you just pick it up off the display rack. Had to go back to the front desk to ask for info about where amenities were located, and still couldn’t find the pool. The exercise room looked clean and well maintained. Overall, it wasn’t an experience I’d choose to repeat. It wasn’t a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, except for the valets, who were great every time we needed anything. The manager on duty at check out mostly made excuses for the poor service and as much as said that if you book through apps like Expedia you don’t deserve the best service. A return visit to Cripple Creek will be at a different hotel/casino.

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great! The door that opened from the shower into the room was a little weird but it was fun. We were overcharged so make sure you check your charges! My husband sat at a craps table gambling for hours and not one waitress came to get his drink order. I had to chase one down and she finally brought him one drink. Then an hour later I went to the bar to get another one for him, told them I would pay for it but that the waitresses weren't anywhere to be seen. The bartender was terrible! She yelled at me saying she was making their drinks and that she KNEW they were around. So, my husband cashed out and we left the casino. Will not stay here again. Not worth it!

Our room was right next to the stairs and it was extremely loud everytime anyone would use the stairs. Also the door to the stairs would slam shut.

Room and hotel were great, but the staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with volume. No housekeeping during our stay, asked for additional towels and never received. Room service trays were in the hallway for the entire weekend. Pool is amazing, a little chilly, would have been nice to have the heaters work that were around the pool.
