「Everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful..suggesting a wonderful place to eat..the hotel is small but sufficient ..coffee and packaged muffins for breakfast, which was fine for us..I will stay there again..no pool...」

「Room was dirty, dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom. Room floors needed to be swept and mopped. Had to ask staff to come sweep and mop. Even after they said they did the dead bugs were still in the corner. Bathtub was gross and dirty. No extra toilet paper, one washcloth for two people. Microwave door was broken. Definitely not worth the price. I’ve stayed in places for less with way better service and way cleaner.」

「Thoguht it was a fine place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds had nice firm mattresses. I liked the old posters showing the movies that had been filmed in Canon City and the plaques on the doors showing which Stars had stayed in the rooms. The breakfast could be improved. The biscuits and bagels were still frozen when I got to them. But, breakfast at a place like this is always hit or miss.」

「Lovely history hotel. However the very small room (no where to sit except the very high bed and the toilet was less than ideal. So too was the fact that the 2nd floor room window view was of the very large physical plant for the air conditioning, The view was a minor issues it was the loud hum of the machinery that was problematic.」

「Wheelchair accessible bath was not accessible room was not cleaned for 4 days. Bath towels were not changed out. We were there for 4 days and nothing was done in the room」
