「The location was awesome with views of the sand dunes nestled up against the mountains. The accommodations were basic and very clean with everything we needed.」

「Room was dirty, dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom. Room floors needed to be swept and mopped. Had to ask staff to come sweep and mop. Even after they said they did the dead bugs were still in the corner. Bathtub was gross and dirty. No extra toilet paper, one washcloth for two people. Microwave door was broken. Definitely not worth the price. I’ve stayed in places for less with way better service and way cleaner.」

「The front desk staff was friendly, polite, and very efficient during check-in, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean. The carpet had multiple sticky spots, the toilet was dirty, and there was hair in both the bathroom and the bathtub, making it seem like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. We were only there for about six hours to get a quick nap before continuing our trip, so we didn’t...

「Beautiful hotel! So glad we picked this over other options in the area without question. The rooms were great, easy parking, awesome atmosphere, great bar, restaurant, speak easy. Coffee shop next door. Nice to walk on main street and walked to the Royal Gorge train as well. If you are looking for a place to stay in Canon City, I would highly recommend! (I don't usually write reviews but it was a great stay!)」

「Very clean well done cottages. We’ve stayed there 3 times. The location is very lovely. Our only minor complaint was we were asked mot particularly politely to wash the dishes and put out the trash. There were very few dishes so it was not a big deal. It just made our visit not quite as nice.」

「Nice sized rooms and we enjoyed coming in after our night out and finding a popcorn machine that provided a great evening snack. The other rooms do seem to be occupied by people living there with food, clothes and possibly garbage sitting outside some rooms. We didn’t expect that but I guess it is an extended stay hotel. Room was fairly clean and simple so if you’re expecting frills don’t stay here.」
