「It was a really nice place. In our case there was no one else there so we were able to hang out in the main downstairs area which was pretty nice. The staff we needed help from were very responsive as well. I honestly would recommend staying here as the views from the front porch at night and during sunset are amazing!」

「Great place and so close to the sand dunes! I will def be back here! The rooms have little sitting areas outside which I loved ! There’s hummingbird feeders and little hummingbirds flying all around! We got there later after the restaurant nearby had closed, but the hotel has frozen pizza you can buy and cook there so we did that! The lady in the office was very nice and friendly and when she heard we were leaving super early she gave us some things for breakfast, I wanted to give them a 5. But...

「Unless you can sleep with tractor trailers driving by within 20 feet of you all night, do not stay here. Even with loud white noise and pillows over our heads, we slept a few hours at best. Add to that a terrible mattress, bad pillows, and a missing smoke alarm and this rates as one of the worst places we have ever stayed. Yes it was clean and yes there was hot water but if you are looking for actual sleep, do not stay here.」

「The room was perfect. It had a comfortable bed, a great shower, and the television was very accommodating. The front desk staff was very helpful. The entire staff was courteous, kind, and genuinely cared about the comfort of their guests. I will be coming back here again the next time I’m in this area.」

「The breakfast was nicer than usual. My only concern with my stay was that one of the elevators was concerning--noises, smells, grinding to a stop. In fact, I saw staff members send it away and push the button again to get the other elevator instead. That's what I did. I was on the 4th floor so was on the elevator several times a day.」

「Loved everything about this place! It was so beautiful and luxurious, but really comfortable and relaxing… not pretentious at all! We had cocktails in the speak easy, which was such a fun surprise! Jeremy was the best mixologist and was full of interesting facts about the history of the property .Then dinner in the restaurant… delicious. Our server, Teddy, was the best. The rooms were fantastic! Every detail well thought out… even a steamer for your clothes! Can’t say enough good things about...
