The beds are hard as a rock, shower tub was plugged, AC wall unit was very loud, Large gaps around the curtains, the room is very bright at night. Just an old hotel don't know how it got such a good review. I will never go back.

Motel is older and dated, but rooms were clean, beds were comfy and David and his Mom were kind, pleasant and helpful. I left my own pillow and had to return to pick it up. I called David on my way to Pikes Peak. He told me to enjoy the Peak and he would get my pillow...many hours later, i pulled in the parking lot and he brought it out to me...he was watching for my return...KIND

David, the proprietor and front desk attendant, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and assistance in locating local restaurants and addressing any facility-related inquiries. Despite being an older hotel, the facility is immaculately maintained both internally and externally. The superior service provided significantly outweighs the advantages of a more luxurious establishment with subpar assistance.
