It is a great hotel for family travelers. Affordable price, nice staff, good location! This hotel isn't brand new or trendy place, but I was satisfied.

Basic room as I expected. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, microwave and refrigerator in the room worked. Nothing fancy, but I'll stay here again when I'm in town.

The staff are friendly and the price is very fair. Our room was clean. The hotel building and rooms are old and a bit dark and we could not get any internet on our devices or get the television to work.

The room was clean but slightly older than some other Comfort Inns. Just has a quick overnight stay so was only on the property for about 8 hours. The front desk person was super friendly and fast. Bed was not very comfortable, but fir a quick stay it was acceptable.

Our room had a very musty smell when we arrived. We had our dog with us and the room we were given had some old stains on the carpet. The room just felt dirty when you walked in. The sliding glass door to go outside didn’t shut all of the way, there was about an inch gap at the top. There were bolts and screws lying on the air conditioner, not sure from what.

Hotel was fine, but the Wifi didn't work for our stay. The TV runs off WiFi as well, so we had no television on a Saturday evening when we were hoping to catch up on some college football. I asked the front desk about it, but didn't seem like there was any chance it was going to be resolved during our stay.

It was a terrible stay. Ownership and management should be embarrassed. The bathroom had never been cleaned. There was poop and hair in the toilet, hair in and around the sink, and hair on the shower walls. The office was informed. We came back 4 hrs later and someone made a lame attempt on the toilet, touching nothing else. Also, most of the furniture was severely damaged with huge chunks of veneer missing. Pictures were taken of everything. Quality Inn, shame on you.

Check in went very smoothly. The only drawback was that my room was kind of noisy - I could clearly hear vehicles on the main highway outside. Staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

Baby crying until midnight and then kids jumping around at 7 a.m. in the same room the next morning. The room also had an odd smell. The mini fridge didn’t work.
