First room offered was trashed. Second room was clean but no kleenex. Asked front desk for some, she replied "No. Use toilet paper." Asked about jacuzzi. Was told that it's been broke down for months. No access to pool either. LOTS of other clientele looked to be homeless. Was frankly worried about security. This property is very run down.

The location is covenant with nearby restaurants and main street shopping. Accommodation is average in all areas. The room is clean and desirable. The hot tub being out of order was a disappointment. The breakfast variety was slim at best, all while the coffee was empty 45 minutes before the end of the serving time period. Overall, this is a good location for anyone who wish to stay in the area for sightseeing.

Nice comfortable, clean. Only problem was that the breakfast was not that good. Just cereals, toast and waffles. Other days in had eggs bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese. So disapointed in the breakfast.

The remodel was worth it.

King size bed super comfy. Jetted hot tub in room was awesome. The shower had long lasting hot water and perfect pressure. The sofa pull out couch bed was not sleep worthy or sit worthy. Every spring in that mattress was felt. There was a fridge, microwave, and little coffee maker and all functioned properly. There's no elevator, only stairs. Staff was very accommodating. Check in was smoother than any other place I've stayed. Overall we had a nice stay.

The property is old They are working to update the property. I was skeptical about staying at this hotel but it appeared clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were nearer and comfortable, the room was clean, good water pressure in a clean but OLD bathroom. Very limited breakfast options (all carbs). An adequate hotel at a very reasonable price. I would stay there again

One night stay over on a golf trip. The we're just getting all new mattresses. Have stayed before and will stay there again. 5 minute walk to several different restaurants downtown.

My grandchildren were very much looking forward to a dip in the pool. But we were told the pool heater was not working and there was also a plumbing issue with that system and no one available to make repairs!!!!!! I would have booked differently just for these reasons!!!! But on top of that the breakfast was extremely limited!!! two cheap cereals, (not kid interested in) a waffle iron or white bread for toast. No juice, no fruit, no eggs, no pastries, no bagels, no yogurt, We ate someplace else. Note in the past this room has had coffee and open for use during the day not this time. Extremely disappointing I understand Days Inn took over the facility just a few months ago. I have been bringing different grandchildren off and on since 2006 and probably won't be staying at this facility again!!!!!!!!!!!! You have a great location for the downtown area and the Santa train why are you chasing away customers with such poor amenities?? I very much feel a partial refund is very much needed!!!!!!
