"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Elsa on reception was lovely and welcoming. Room nice and clean and bathroom facilities were great. No noise was heard by us all night. Food was good & plentiful. Would definitely recommend & most certainly we’d stay again. Thank you"

"Excellent location for visiting our daughter at Birmingham uni living close by. Ability to park and charge our EV very handy. Rooms very clean and modern and temperature just right - usually I have to turn the A/C up in hotels as they are too hot and stuffy but not here. Overall an excellent choice and one we shall use again. "

"Great value and 5 minutes walk to carpark. Roof sky bar on 25th floor is very good with fantastic views !!!!!! When it’s open!!!!! Came back from a show at the Hippodrome Theatre (15 minutes away) and the bar was closed, this was 11pm on a Thursday evening. Not happy and nowhere else to go locally."
