"Good location. Nice rooms. The second time we have stayed and both times there were long queues at the bar late at night. There were two staff working but both struggled to communicate and didn’t understand what people were trying to order hence the long queues."

"Very spacious room, good facilities including safe, tea and coffee, sofa, iron. Breakfast was excellent value if you book it the night before and get discount. Car park can be pre booked via the app, a little tight in places. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Not noticeable noise during the night (our room was more towards the back away from Broad Street). Would happily stay again if we were going to a show/gig at the arena."

"Clean and modern hotel. Lift out of order so be prepared to carry bags to third floor. Room was exactly as per photos. No ariel for TV and Internet kept dropping so couldn't watch. Plenty of parking when I arrived, but got extremely busy in the evening as shared with the lounge bar next door. Quite noisy outside, but it's a city centre. All in all a good hotel, especially for the price I paid."
