「Room was amazing. Only issue I had was access to it. It was on the third floor and was a very narrow staircase which when carrying bags made it very difficult to manage. But over all the hotel was amazing the room was amazing and the staff very friendly. 」

「我入住了7天，認為酒店雖然沒有華麗的大堂，但整體的質素及服務是非常高。包括親切及有善的員工，房間向運河景色優美，清潔整齊的房間及大堂，早餐款式少但質量高，房間有Sky TV，步行到火車站及市中心只需八分鐘，處理問題迅速，我反映洗手盆去水慢，二小內已完全處理好。唯一的缺點是在晚間樓下的酒吧及食肆比較人多聲音有少少嘈，特別是在週末晚。 這是值得推介的酒店。」
