「Room which I stayed was clean enough but difficult to move around due to infrastructure and size (single adult). Staff were courteous and very helpful. No issues with parking. Many shops and food places nearby. Overall the stay was good. 」

「Lovely well appointed rooms, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shower head didn’t look like it would give a great shower but actually was quite powerful. The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! 「During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so...

「Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. 」
