"First thing I went in to the master bathroom and there was a big hairy spider. When I went to take a shower, the glass door to shower fell off. Towels appeared dingy and not clean. Juccizzi wouldn't keep its water level (kept leaking into pool). Beds were old and comforters looked dirty. On the flip side, patio was nice and neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The clubhouse food was pretty good. Baked Brie was excellent. Beware! Was told they open at 10:00 and they do but the kitchen doesn't...

"The roof leaks onto the queen bed. This was an issues that was clearly ongoing. I asked the checkin person about it and she pretended to make notes but did not write anything down. The refrigerator does not work. There was a large wasp nest in the grill. I have pictures of this seems unbelievable."

"My family and I rented this property for a weekend trip to the springs and it was amazing. The house was fully equipped with everything one might need and we had a great time, the house was very clean and in a nice neighberhood. I definitely recommend renting this property."

"The property was located in a nice quite neighborhood, it had all a family of six needed to be extremely comfortable. The only negative would be you should have t.v in each room and the living room tv should be larger, and you should provide box fans atleast one. Other than that perfect. Oh by the way your a/c needs gas it really doesnt keep the house as cool as necessary."
