"We stayed as a family and were disappointed with several aspects of the hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and the furnishings were stained. When we complained on the first night, we were told no alternative rooms were available. The staff were not particularly friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt off. Only after Expedia intervened were we moved to another room. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not book here again."

"I stayed at this hotel for over 15 days, so my feedback comes from extended experience — not just a short visit. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as described or advertised. The options were limited and did not meet the expectations set online. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility when I had a guest visit after such a long stay. After more than two weeks at the property, I expected a bit more accommodation and understanding. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. I repeatedly had to request room cleaning and fresh towels upon arrival, instead of the service being proactively provided. Room service overall was below standard. For a stay of this length, I expected better service, communication, and hospitality."
