「总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙」

「We had such a great experience at The Ritus. The staff were truly amazing from the moment we arrived. Our taxi driver tried to overcharge us by 700 lira, but the hotel team immediately stepped in, greeted us right at the car, and brought us inside safely and kindly. Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
