This is definitely the best hotel in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable, breakfast delicious, and the roof terrace lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Weekend Getaway Stay

Service was excellent and would recommend staying here. Staff were helpful and we appreciated the little touches. Also, the location is fantastic, just minutes from Blue Mosque. No complaints about the room whatsoever

Haci Bayram was perfect for our stay in Istanbul. We travelled with 3 children and they had a room adjoining ours. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had amazing views. The staff were kind and helpful and made friends with the children too. The location was perfect for walking to most tourist sites to see and very close to the tramline too. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting!

This is a charming hotel in a great location. The staff were superb and very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there next time I get to Istanbul. However, I had a "garden view" room, and next time I will opt for something a little higher up.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location was fantastic! We did get a suite w a beautiful view that made it wonderful. The breakfast was also amazing! But most importantly, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL in their communication, friendliness & helpfulness! By the end of my trip, they felt like family. I will definitely stay here next time I visit & encourage all my friends & family to do the same.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely stellar in the service they provide. I had hurt my leg and they were helpful in providing an icepack. They are very kind and helpful. They were also very helpful in planing our day to day itinerary. Very fresh and delicious breakfast buffet. The location just 3 minutes walking distance from the blue mosque. It’s as close as it gets to the major sites at this hotel. Lots of delicious restaurants just walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel it’s a winner!

I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s in a great location but the standout is the staff. We arrived very early after a long trip from Australia via Singapore. Not only did they give us a complimentary coffee and breakfast, but bent over backwards to check us in early. And it’s great value for mi ey as well.

We stayed three nights and it was an amazing experience staying here. I highly recommend this place. Excellent location two min walk to the Blue mosque. Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. It is a newly renovated building so rooms condition is excellent, facilities are modern. The staff offered complementary hand made cold drinks(sharbat) and tea every time we came back after sight seeing. We loved the hospitality.

This is probably one of the best hotels for a family. we only had to stay one night, but when we do eventually come back to Istanbul, we will stay here. The blue mosque, Sofia hagia, and other attractions are within a 10 minute walk. We booked the family room for 5 people, the rooms were spacious, well equipped and the mini bar has excellent drinks (for free). The. Breakfast was amazing too. Overall, one of the best stays we've had.

Excellent customer service

A very well run Hotel located close to the Blue Mosque. Our room was well equipped with functional bathroom, frige and comfortable bed. A kettle was provided along with complementary tea, coffee, fruit juices and Breakfast had a good selection of choices served in the hotel dining room overlooking the Blue Mosque. We found all staff to be booth helpful and professional especially on the front of house, where they were always happy to help with any queries we had. We enjoyed our 3 day stay and would definitely recommend and use again. Sally and Dave Yorks

PROS:The hotel was built two years ago so its in excellent conditions and very cute and modern. The restaurant terrace and rooftop offer gorgeous view of the Blue Mosque and the Sea .Sunset tea with those views is a must.The breeze in the evening offers relief from the scorching heat in the day . The entire staff was amazingly sweet and helpful.Majority of them spoke only turkish but their kindness and hospitality spoke for themself , so it was not a problem. Hotel is super central, steps away from tram station, all major attractions, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was really good and convenient to have in the Hotel as well, so we could start our day really early. Our room was specious, we had daily room service and we LOVED the amazing shower that felt like a SPA. They offer pick up and drop off from airport. CONS: We booked a 5 nights flight package though Expedia and this was my 50th Birthday trip. When we arrived at 10.30 at night, they gave us the keys to a room that was on the underground level with a tiny window almost to the cealing that opened on the sidewalk and I could not bare to spend my 5 nights in such space so I had to pay another $230 to upgrade to another one in the garden with yet a fake window that would open to a wall.We made the best of it because inside the room was nice but the location was not good at all. SO if you book through Expedia be aware of that. my total trip cost me $1550. for the two of us ( we flew from Rome and back).

The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the main attractions of Sultanahmet. Their terrace has a good view, too.

AMAZING HOTEL PERFECTLY SITUATED

The stay was absolutely amazing. The wife and kids really enjoyed the time spent there. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt at ease. the staff were brilliant especially Malik, Omer and Abdulla. The location of the hotel is literally minutes from the blue mosque. Everything from the word go was perfect. We had a wonderful experience at the Haci Bayram Hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
