「Everyone was very helpful - the room was clean & restaurant that was attached was very good. I also bought a Turkish Rug from a gentleman who had a store downstairs.」

「总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙」

「I had just stayed for 2 days as I only planned for a short visit in Istanbul. But the friendly staff nd cozy room here made me wanna extend my stay. The location is good. The front desk person, Togrul assisted me a lot, helping to book Turkish bath and confirming my transfer to hotel and was always cheerful. Another front desk, Omer, prepared a sandwich to me as a take away breakfast since I was taking the morning flight to my next station, which made me have to check out before the breakfast...

「A mi me ha encantado mi estancia en este hotel. Localización perfecta, desayuno turco buenisimo. La habitación era grande, luminosa e impecable. Cama comoda, wifi, tele, agua caliente, tranquilidad. Todo perfecto. La terraza de arriba tiene unas vistas hermosas justo en frente del mar. El personal y Sahin muy amables. Me senti como en casa. Lo recomiendo!!! Yo extendi mi estancia! La zona alrededor para comer es bastante sofisticada y cara.」

「Stayed in December Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help. Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace. Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul.」
