"I stayed here for a month recently. Location was close enough to walk to 5th Avenue and Walmart. Beautiful roof top pool and sun tanning area. Owner is a great man, very accommodating. Only thing you have to be aware of is there is no elevator yet, so if you can’t do stairs it’s not ideal. Very clean, minimalistic, but roomy."

"Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music.
