「I stayed here for a month recently. Location was close enough to walk to 5th Avenue and Walmart. Beautiful roof top pool and sun tanning area. Owner is a great man, very accommodating. Only thing you have to be aware of is there is no elevator yet, so if you can’t do stairs it’s not ideal. Very clean, minimalistic, but roomy.」

「This is the second time we've stayed at Oceana. We like the fact that it is a newer building and has a nice pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location suites us pretty good with everything close by. There is 24 hr person at the front desk and the garage entrance so it feels safe. We will stay again.」

「Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. 」

「Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!」

「La casa e un bel trilocale con vista laterale sul mare. Posta su due piani. La piscina e all'ultimo piano. Viene curata e mantenuta dal personale dell'edificio ed era sempre pulita. E vicino alla quinta Avenida e la zona e piena di localini carini e attaccata alla spiaggia pubblica. Se tornassimo a playa del Carmen, torneremmo qui.」
