「I thought I picked a room with a balcony, but it ended up being a lottery on what I got. I saw some dings on the wall upon arrival, the room is always warm and the ac doesn’t get it cold enough, and the toilet flush was low flow… Fair warning, the listing is 3rd party owned and not part of the hotel itself. That being said, the phone in the room will not dial and you’d have to communicate directly through Expedia’s messaging system.」
