「Superior hotel in a perfect setting. Excellent staff.」

「Clean, modern, staff very friendly and no requests was ever too much. Food was above average in the buffet, lots of fish and meat options. The al a carte restaurants were superb, particularly the Teppanyaki. 」

We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Extremely lovely hotel, our 2 bed villa was beautiful, fully equipped with a ktichen. The ocean was amazing. Staff were pleasent and very helpful. 」

「Volgens de omschrijving is er een bubbelbad; dat is in dit geval een gewoon bad met bubbel installatie. Dus geen hot tube of zo. Kamers zijn schoon, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is er erg goed met een ruime keuze aan gerechten.」

Goede koffiemachine, om van een koffie te kunnen genieten op ons eigen zonnige terras. Personeel was echt heel vriendelijk! Restaurant-buffet kwalitatief, met veel showcooking. Het restaurant binnen was gezellig ingericht, niet zo'n 'eetzaalgevoel' als in sommige andere grotere hotels. Ook buiten eten was heel gezellig! Leuke avondanimatie....

「Excellent stay here. Recommended Great staff pleasant and helpful. Stayed 27/12-1/1/26. Arrived late 11pm. Quick informative check in. Located near Veronica’s and beach. Airport bus stop near. Pool nice and clean open over winter. Bar and food available. Knock at my door New Year’s Eve with a member of staff with a complimentary bottle of cava and box chocolates for new year. Late flight , luggage room and showers available. 」
