「The Hotel is nice and clean. The front desk receptionist are the worse. They don’t greet you they don’t explain anything. I had to literally move my hand in her face for her to look up and greet me.」

I would definitely stay here again, especially because we were going to a concert at vidante. The water park wasn't ice bonus because if you choose to stay there you can go because it is included with the price and just to mention so is the breakfast」

「Me gustó la propiedad , excelente. Excepto el servicio en recepción. La recepcionista parece demasiado seria y acartonada, ni una sola muestra de amabilidad. Parecería que vas a pedirle fiado o como si te viera y pensara que no te mereces estar ahí. Cumple su trabajo y hasta ahi. Muy diferente el trato en el estacionamiento y el botones fueron muy amables ambas personas.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay at Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa was one of the most disappointing Marriott experiences I’ve had. I booked a front ocean swim-up room, but when I arrived, it wasn’t available. Instead, I was placed in a temporary room that was in poor condition and, as the hotel later admitted in writing, did not meet Marriott standards. I spent almost my entire first day of vacation waiting for the room I had originally reserved, which meant losing...

The AC in the room was VERY nice to walk into, given the extreme heat in the dead of summer. Breakfast is tasty too!」
