"The rooms have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Our room was spacious and had all we needed including electrical and USB sockets next to the bed. The free breakfast items were appreciated, and with the supplied tea and coffee meant that we didn't have to buy breakfast elsewhere. The bar staff were really friendly and the bar was a great place to chill in the evening."

"After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? Chris, on request, brought us an extra chair and extra cups. My sense of no.86 was of an upmarket HMO. I did wonder what the fire safety arrangements were as only permitted exit was through the kitchen to the back door."

"I was very shocked when we arrived at the property. The grass was up to our knees and there was so much rubbish just chucked on the grounds around the house. To be honest we didn’t stay, we got a taxi and came back on the train back to Grange over Sands. "

"Extremely difficult and confusing to check in and out. Lots of different codes for doors, and very confusing regarding key safe. Little to no mention about the actual details regarding sharing a flat, other guests were extremely noisy, particularly very early in the morning Property, not in the best of conditions, with bathroom doors, not locking, which is extremely disconcerting for a shared flat. The facilities were not good, poor lighting, the whole place needed a lot of renovation...
