The staff could not do enough for you... The rooms were spotless, very clean... Amenities.. The spa was OK, lights in changing room not working & no spa treatments were available... Toilet in one of the “cottage” bathrooms leaked every time you flushed. Looked like a part hotel/part construction site lacking a logical programme, which separated the two. Attention to detail from a refurbishment lacking e.g. no mastic around base of toilet, which was leaking; tape left on newly installed uPVC windows; one of the newly installed uPVC windows was cracked from installation, etc. Food was surprisingly good.
