「We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife.」

「The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was very spacious. The breakfast, included, was great with lots of healthy options for grown-ups and kids. The pool space was nicely heated although the pool was a bit cold for my kids (it is the middle of winter now...). The hotel is conveniently only 25 min from skiing slopes. Overall, great experience. We would come back to this hotel! 」

「I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in Wisconsin. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. 」

「The staff is nice. You can change the room if you don’t like it. Also, they have house keeping every day. The towels smells great and looks clean. You won’t feel itch if you use their blanket. The only bad thing is I stay there for 5days but there are 3 days that police coming. I don’t know what is going on but it just feel this is not safe.」

「I was disappointed at how run-down the room was compared to the perceived modernity they portrayed in their online photos. The laminated floor in the room was warped and chipped throughout. There was a dresser drawer missing. Lamp shades were dated and dusty, one with a burnt bulb. There was a TV bracket on the wall for a tv that wasn‘t there; they replaced it with a small one on the dresser. No coffee maker, in-room phone or battery in the smoke alarm. Very dated restroom with a door that was...
