「The room was horrible, there was a toothpick on the floor, the carpet was dirty and stained, the towels in the restroom were grey not white, the restroom door had two holes (looked like someone punched it) one of the holes looked like they tried to fix it but did a terrible job. Overall I was not happy with the room at all but unfortunately all the hotels in town were sold out so we had to stay there. I’m sorry but this hotel it’s very old and needs a lot of upgrades It was not worth the $198...

「Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. One of the beds had stained sheets, the floors were slightly dirty, and there were no towels or basic toiletries in the bathroom. Most importantly, the A/C was not working during 100+° weather. There was no warning or heads-up about the issue before booking or checking in, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For the price, I expected much better communication and basic room conditions.」
