"I’ve stayed before at the westgate, it’s very convenient for me, as I come to Las Vegas for work at the convention center. But this time I really felt like the place is deteriorating rapidly. 10 to 15 minute wait in line to grab an elevator, no housekeeping whatsoever during my 3 day stay, and it was so amazingly crowded you would think they’re giving away the rooms for free.
I won’t be returning here if I have a choice. "
