"Checkin was all digital, no in person, and received a 2nd floor room that was all blocked by an ugly wall and giant ac unit. Had to check our bags back in for the 2nd time, while waiting for a changed room... this time talking with a person. What a difference it makes, 26th floor with a decent view. The rooms safe was closed and needed a tech to reset, and we were required to sit in our room to wait for his arrival. After 30 min we called services again and complained that we were not paying to sit in the room, nor did we come to visit LV to sit in our room. It was already 2pm, we were in LV for almost 4 hours at this point. All this could have been avoided prior to our arrival. 2nd day, the toilet didnt flush, we had to use the lobby bathroom after they hadn't fixed the issue in the first 2 hours. After coming back around 4 hours later it was fixed. Hard to find friendly people working here also, unless you're pre tipping, then the smiles and service show up. We've stayed at this hotel casino a few times, hard pressed to think we'll return."
