「 Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money.
