「I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. 「We felt so welcome and relaxed at the hotel. Loved the gardens and the rooms centered on the warm,heated outdoor pool. Loved the hot tub tucked away behind bushes providing its own pocket of privacy. Our room was huge with 2 closets and a separate kitchen, wish we could have stayed more than the 2 nights we did. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Palm Springs. 」
