"I think this hotel's focus is more on events planned in their event spaces than on the actual guests that are staying in the rooms on the property. We called the restaurant onsite to ask questions/request room service but they hung up the phone on us twice. Requested the free shuttle service to the train station 5 minutes away and the staff responded as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Free shuttle available is listed as part of their amenities both on their website and on their listing on Expedia. They did eventually, begrudgingly offer to arrange a shuttle for us but since we were not guaranteed a return shuttle on the way back to the hotel we decided not to take them up on their offer. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was minimal. The location was good, safe and suited our needs."

"We picked this hotel for a last minute trip to visit family. The main factors were the breakfast buffet and the pool. What I didn't expect was the size of the room and the pull out mattress on the couch for even more sleeping options. We will stay here again the next time we visit family in the area."
