The breakfast menu was very good. Excellent coffee and fresh oatmeal, not the packaged stuff. I would prefer eggs without so much cheese, but in general a very good breakfast.

The property was not even open had been renovated how do you not know this! So I did not stay here and don’t expect any Charges and will not be using your services in the future! Had to find my hotel at 8 pm at night with no reservations!!!!

For $500 a night this room was HORRIBLE, there were so many different bugs in the room - I had to call down to the front desk for someone to come up and retrieve the bugs which I think happen often because he came up with a cup prepared no questions asked. The bed and bedding is really old and outdated. I didn’t feel comfortable laying in the bed. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile.

I want to start off by saying that Greg was the front desk associate who assisted us. Customer service was AMAZING. We stayed during that bad blizzard after Christmas !! He was accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and can multitask like a professional. Breakfast the next day has a lot of guests! Stephanie was superb, as many times as I had to bother her for a syrup, sugar, napkins or waffle batter she was resilient, patient and greeted me every time with a beautiful smile!! Room is aesthetically pleasing. The only downfall was filling the bath tub so I could soak my feet. The water was brown and I attempted it again after 30 minutes and it was just as dark. I put mini towels in the tub to see if it would pick up sediment as the tub was draining and it did !

We have stayed there for two nights and have not had our room cleaned. We had to request towels for bathing at the front desk. Additionally, there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower. Fortunately, we brought soap with us. We disposed of our own trash daily to ensure the room did not smell of food or appear unclean during our holiday stay.
