The room was spotless, and the hotel was beautiful. Staff at the front desk were efficient but a smile from any of them would have gone a long way. Didn't eat in the restaurant but was happy to have the option. The location is great for dining and shopping. Would stay again.

Staff was friendly- the heating system in the room was aweful- it rattled & the heat mode would not turn off when the room reached temp set-so it was either too hot or too cold as we had to turn it off completely to control the temp as much as we could 😩

The room was clean and there was plenty of heat and hot water for showering, so the room met the basic requirements for an overnight stay. Lighting in the bathroom was good for my wife to put her makeup on, but lighting in the rest of the suite was dim and one lamp in the bedroom was nonfunctional.

Check in was a breeze. The woman who helped us was very friendly and offered suggestions on where to eat dinner after our show. The hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Ct.
