Room was neat and clean. Grounds are in horrible shape. I have a small dog and grass has not been cut yet this year. Arrived a little after 5:00pm and even with a reservation they did not have a clean room available. Was not able to get into room until a hour later. I remember when this hotel was built about 20 years ago. They really have let it become very run down.

This is a very decent hotel for the price! Staff was friendly and they respect your privacy. The location is a bonus being near the Super Walmart Plaza where you can shop and find plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is actually a good size and the beds, kitchen, and bathroom were clean. If you just need somewhere to stay, get rest, save money, and even have a pet this hotel is for you. If you value savings over luxury room decor, Studio 6 is perfect. If you need to stay for a week or longer I guarantee you will save between 50-70% of your money compared to other hotels that will charge 3-5Xs the amount per night that Studio 6 extended Stay charges. In short, it's a huge win! Thanks Studio 6 Extended Stay for helping those who need a place to stay without breaking their pockets. I highly recommend!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arrived at 6:30pm waited in line to check in 1/2 hr. Room was not ready,had to wait for it to be cleaned. I was lucky some people with reservations were turned away because their rooms were in another building and not cleaned. The housekeeping staff walked off the job due to not being paid. No dishes in the kitchen so it was useless.

OMG ! I cant even say everything that was wrong at this place! Bad feeling at check in. People ahead and behind me had problems. We had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds. Was given a room with 1 Queen bed. Asked for an extra pillow. We were told there were no more pillows in the hotel! We were told there was a pull out sofa bed in the room. There was one but without a mattress or bedding. My husband was taken to the laundry room where a woman picked up questionable sheets and blankets from the floor and handed them to him in a balled up mess. A woman there told him that the police and fire dept came there often. Amenities?! We were told there would be no coffee or breakfast in the morning. We have to have coffee, so my husband walked across the street to Panera bread and bought 4 coffees. We put them in the fridge for morning planning to heat them up in the microwave. After finally sitting down after a long day of driving and all of the above, R looked at me and said he would not be able to sleep feeling that our vehicle and belongings would not be safe. I was on board! We packed up and got out of there! This was late at night when we prefer not to drive but we got to a much better place. We heard that this place has been sold. I hope the next owners do a good job. Until then beware!

This place was very disappointing. I arrived at 5:00 PM for my reservation, and the woman at the front desk told me my room was still being cleaned and wouldn’t be ready until 8:00 PM. She even suggested that I leave because I wouldn’t have a room available. When I asked about getting a refund, she said she didn’t know what to tell me. She was very unprofessional and showed no consideration for the fact that I had driven five hours to get there.

When I arrived to check-in, there was no staff at reception. The police was there to get reports from other people that wanted to check-in. The police said the person working at the desk quit her job that night, and nobody else was working. Now i’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. I had to find another hotel for the night.

This property is absolutely ridiculous. Toilet paper not supplied a kitchen with no pots pans dishes, silverware no cleaning service included with your stay. It’s literally just a room the front desk staff has no idea what they’re doing. The only front desk staff that gets anything done is Naomi? She needs to be the manager, but everybody else is completely clueless.

The only staff working at this establishment that knows what they’re doing or even cares is Naomi. Everybody else at the front desk is absolutely terrible. This facility does not provide toilet paper toiletries as soap nor do they give you fresh linens even during extended stays the kitchen is simply that two stove tops they don’t give you any pots pans, silverware plates, cups bowls, nothing so if you stay here, be prepared to bring everything you need including toilet paper

The room I was assigned already had someone in it. The entire property was filthy. I had to wear slippers in my room because there was dust and crumbs all over the floor. There was a microwave and kitchen but not any glasses, plates or cutlery. There was no shampoo. The staff was overwhelmed and completely unhelpful. Only stay here if you are desperate.

The property looks nice from the outside but once you step into the lobby it’s run down. The furniture is antiquated and the front desk needed a paint job at least. Not staying here again.

A mon arrivée, on m'a dit de partir me chercher un autre hôtel car Expédia avait sur-booké ma chambre. Après avoir insisté, on m'a donnée une autre chambre avec un seul lit, alors que j'avais réservé 2 lits. On m'a alors dit que ma "vraie" chambre serait prête demain. Le lendemain matin, on m'a dit que ma chambre n'était pas prête car il y avait des gens dedans, qui ne voulaient pas partir mais que ce serait réglé le soir puisque la police viendrait les sortir. Eh bien non, rendu au soir, on me dit encore "ça va aller à demain". Un employé a frappé à ma porte à minuit pour dire que ma "vraie" chambre était prête, 3 jours plus tard dans un séjour de 7 jours. Ce qui a causé plusieurs inconvénients. Les attentes à l'accueil étaient toujours très longues, au moins 20 minutes à attendre après l'employé qui priorisait les appels téléphoniques.
