「It's Amazing I'm very comfortable 」

「1. Three hours in, the fuse tripped, and we had no electricity for the entire night. No heating when it was 25 F outside, no light, no ability to charge phones. No one answered our phone calls and email until noon the next day. They're lucky we didn't take legal action. 2. This is not a hotel. 「Inside the room, it is renovated and everything is very nice. They’re still going under construction. It will be a very nice place after completion. I stayed one night and my experience was very nice. The Hotel reception guy he went out of his way to help me.」

「A small boutique hotel with not many rooms. If I had booked earlier, would have picked the room with balcony on 4/F instead of the standard room, of which the windows could not be opened. 」

「The hotel, although historic, is in good condition. Grounds are lovely, rooms spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and shower was hot. We ate at all three restaurants on site and all were extremely good. Rooftop bar is a must. However it’s the staff that makes the stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful it made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend if attending any event on campus to stay there versus outside campus. 」

「I did not actually stay at this property. I booked my reservation at approximately 4 PM on the day of check-in, in anticipation of driving about 4 hours to the property. Traffic delayed me and I arrived after 10:30 PM. The Expedia booking platform did not provide any area or mechanism to notify the property that I would arrive late and need late check-in assistance.
