The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond.

Just awful on every level. Rooms, stairwells, property filthy and run down. Check in person rude and dismissive. People smoking cigarettes outside entrance doors. Had I not been staying only one night I would have not even made it through. A horrible experience.

Don't stay here. We checked in (3 hours later than what it was supposed to be). The room was dirty. They were going to clean it. We came back later and someone else was in our room. Our room keys didn't even work. We had to find another hotel at midnight. It's a dissaster.

BEWARE! After driving 6 hours to get there and then waiting 30 minutes in line for check in, they told me there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE despite me having a confirmation number. On top of that they still charged me and are making the refund process complicated.

Extremely dirty, sketchy, and overbooked. My room had a broken door that needed to be lifted up and wedged into the door frame in order for it to close. The sinks were filthy, the refrigerator was broken, and one of the lights wouldn’t turn on. Expedia is at fault for overbooking, which meant I had to accept the only room available despite its flaws. I also didn’t feel safe at all and would have gone elsewhere if there was a single room nearby open… there was not. Please never stay here.

There was no one available at the front desk and there was a sign posted that said my reservation had been canceled and they apologize for any inconvenience. Since I arrived at about 9:15 p.m. I had no place to stay overnight and had to find another place. They had a telephone number for you to call if you arrived when the desk was closed however no one answered that phone. I ended up staying at another hotel 15 miles away.

Room was clean. Heat/AC worked well. Bed was decent. No toiletries. Kitchen has nothing in it. No cooking utensils,eating utensils........nothing! This hotel is badly in need of updating. Very short staffed. Rarely saw anyone at the front desk. However the price of the stay was half of any of the surrounding properties (and there's many)! There is a Super Walmart across the street for anything you might need. If you're on a super tight budget this hotel just might fit your needs.

The manager left for the day with 6 people waiting to be checked in. They had a new system and check in was lengthy. We stood waiting to be checked in over an hour. The clerk Jonae was very good and kept her cool. The room was clean, but not the room I reserved. I asked for 2 queens, I got 2 fulls with a kitchenette. The beds were small for 4 adults.

Problems began at checkin: I was given keys and went to the room number on my folio card, only to find out there were already guests in that room. My friends had to wait while someone went to see if their assigned room had in fact been cleaned. Mind you, this is after 5pm. I finally got a room and while it was clean and well maintained, there were zero amenities. Luckily I was traveling with all I needed. My friends went to the desk to get what they needed. There is a good amount of litter in the parking lot. It's evident this property houses those who need formal shelter, and it's unfortunate they treat the grounds as they do.

Disgusting and we refused to stay there. Although it’s not in a bad area, we did not feel safe. Property had obviously not been maintained in a while, grass was overgrown. Garbage in lobby was overflowing, floors were dirty. Waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to tell them we weren’t staying. Refunded our money and said we had to go through Expedia to get it processed because that is who we booked our stay through. That night the hotel recharged the credit card and, because they don’t answer the phone at the front desk, Expedia said they can’t do anything because they can’t confirm what happened. Five days later they put a $14 charge on my credit card as well - we have no idea what that was for and they deny it but it’s listed on my statement clear as anything.

I made a reservation a month ago to make sure I had room for the Memorial Day weekend. When I arrived after a 6 hour ride, I found shopping cart in the entrance to the hotel. I entered the lobby to find that the check in counter had a hand made sign on saying "All rooms are booked, Front desk is closed" Somebody asked me, "can I help you?" I said I had a reservation for 2 nights. She said she was sorry, but there was nothing available because they had no clean rooms, and that the housekeeping staff was gone. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. A "RESEVATION" is a "Reservation". She told me I would have to go find some other hotel. When I booked, there were no other rooms in the area. The cost of the this hotel was around $20 for 2 nights. I did find a place, but it cost me $660 for 2 nights, and that cut my trip budget pretty bad. This place is disgusting....DO NOT GO THERE!!!
