「Stayed 1 night with a friend to see what Pella had to offer. The location was good though out of the downtown area. Since it was the week leading up to tulip fest we were looking for affordable. No complaints. The property was as expected—comfortable. Liked the layout of the room. I can recommend the hotel.」

「The owner was very pleasant and it was important to her that I had a good stay. Will certainly return for future stays!」

「comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!」

「The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again.」

「From the initial check in to our check out, the young lady at the front desk could not have been more helpful or friendly. Just who you need checking in tired travelers. Room was clean & comfortable & quiet! . Breakfast had something for everyone in our family. Will stay there again.」

「Room was great but the stairway and hallway was freezing! I work on those types of ac heaters all the time. Who needs to keep units at 62 degrees? That's plain crazy! Thanks for the cold I got!」

「Hotel was dated. Driveway was full of potholes. Grounds and buildings not kept up well. Mold around shower, hair dryer didn’t work, slow check in (new person), TV remote taped together, light bulb was out in the floor lamp, metal siding pieces & broken window screens scattered outside the open window by the public hot tub. Seemed to have long term residents who were living there too, but the breakfast was great!」
