"Everything about my stay was wonderful. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and the view from my room was beautiful. The only downside was that the outside glass was quite dirty, which made it difficult to take photos or videos of the view. Aside from that, I had a great experience and really enjoyed everything about the hotel."

"staff member was rude and inpatient when we asked questions about the deposit, he wasn’t able to fully explain it. The outside of the hotel looks nice but the rooms look old and my dad’s room shower wasn’t working properly."

"This place was prefect for family, very comfortable and clean with full stocked kitchens. Ton of activities for kids and adults, the resort texted me daily with activities, lots of pools and kiddies pools. Even though the game room was closed for renovations, they told us they are planning to renovate the whole property. The only little down side was parking. This is a big resort with lots of parking plus a parking garage, it would take us a few extra minutes to find a parking spot or to walk to our building, but not really a big deal. Staff and maintenance staff were very nice, and surprisingly the elevators were pretty quick for how big the building were. Definitely planning on staying here in the future."

"Clean room, staff was very friendly, pool was gorgeous and warm. I only gave 4 stars bcuz housekeeping came in my room without permission. Otherwise, i would definitely book again! "
