「The "buffet" was hardly that. The pillows had zero cushion or girth. The beds were between firm and too squishy. The pool fountain and jacuzzi were intermittently working. Had to request cleaning, more towels, cleaning. There was chipped paint, stains on fixtures and ceiling, no fan in the bathroom so moist and hot. 「To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels).
