Having just been discharged from Dominican Hospital,Meelena stopped what she was doing and took my bag and personally escorted me to the room. Restaurant closed early & I was in need of food and water. Meelena once again came through. She's definitely management material! Outstanding dedication to valued guests. Everyone at the front desk were professional, personable and consistently helpful....」

「Overall was ok, my daughter enjoy the indoor pool. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming to anyone that pay to stay there. When checking in the customer before us got more attention since it was a regular base with the conversation I heard, when it was my time to check in I wasn’t ask about rewards program or anything like that. Receptionist was not welcoming and it seems she only was more friendly with some customers. We usually stay somewhere else but this time I decide to give it a try...

「Balcony view was beautiful of beach and ocean. Room was very clean. Contactless check in and out. Room amenities were great. Very quiet place, near all shops and restaurants, beach.. The only negative thing I have to say is the bed and pillows were very jard」
