WOW.. where do we begin!!!! Such an incredible resort with amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the extra money. Marolin and staff at the reception desk helped us make and change reservations for excursions, drove us on golf carts back and forth to our room and made us feel so warm and welcomed. Will and Daniel (the drivers) were so friendly and helped us carry all our bags. Reception desk had delicious treats and drinks as we arrived and all throughout our stay. The Canyon Casita...

Went here for our honeymoon after getting married on the beach. This provided the perfect intimate, secluded, and romantic setting we both have ever experienced. I can't say enough about the staff and the personal touch that awaits every part of Nayara Springs. We stayed in a Villa with the private plunge pool and outdoor showers, please, do yourself a favor and experience the villa!!! The Spa treatments were epic, the wine bar and wine pairing dinner was unforgettable and all the resturants had...

Nayara Tented Camp was unbelievable! The staff, location and hotel were amazing. Hola Christina - Jason

Suwa Villa Arenal is one of the best places at which I have stayed! We had four guests and stayed for four nights in mid-March. Beautiful rooms with an outdoor patio and chairs, and A/C. Very clean and fully stocked communal kitchen, with a super cute and lush lounge area on the side. There are laundry machines available to use, with 2 free detergent pods provided. There was also a mini jacuzzi (temporarily cold water when we visited), and a fireplace for hanging out outside at night. Parking is...

We stayed in Villa Jade at Villas Jawara and it was incredible! The property has the best view of the Arenal volcano, is beautifully furnished and decorated, and the service from Santiago was exceptional. Would highly, highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, great views very safe.

The resort was not small by any means, but felt intimate. The staff made you feel special, they took the time to remember your preferences and your name. The resort is very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped set up telescopes so we could see the birds and sloths in the trees. Hot tub outside our room was a nice touch. Rooms were large and comfortable. Only downsides were there really isn’t a bar or place to have evening drinks. Also the cost of bottled water was ridiculous ($30 for two bottles of Fiji water).

This resort far exceeded my expectations. Even though it was low season, and the resort appeared to be almost empty of guests, it felt fully staffed and the service was excellent in every respect. The tour around the resort when you first arrive is great. We were shown the property by Tony Castro. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us all the facilities and gave us great tips regarding dining options in town. I also recommend the staff at the concierge desk. They gave us really good...

The Staff here are AMAZING! We stayed for only one night before returning to SJO airport. We needed assistance with transportation and the staff here bent over backwards to make calls and help us. This property is clean and has a nice breakfast. The ONLY negative I would give it - the noise. If you cannot sleep with earplugs, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong booking La Fortuna Lodge.

The property is beautiful, with such amazing views, so many birds to see each morning! Special shoutout to Pablo- who was very responsive and also helped arrange wine bottle for us at a late hour. Would definitely recommend this place.

We cannot say enough about Hotel El Silencio Del Campo! First, the people who work here are excellent. They were very helpful, positive and clearly cared about our experience. I had my birthday while we stayed there and they helped my husband purchase flowers and a cake. The woman who cleaned our room made an adorable figure out of the towels. The front desk folks also helped us make a reservation at Travesia (which I highly recommend). When we asked for recommendations for pizza take out...

Nayara is a very luxurious place to stay! From the moment we arrived with the valet opening our car doors and welcoming us, the welcome drinks, the very personal introduction to Nayara and all it offers, the private tour of the entire resort, and then taking us to our villas and showing us around each of them....we KNEW we chose the right place to stay for our visit to this area of Costa Rica! We had two villas. One for our two sons (16 & 13) and one for us. My husband and I were in a suite...

Great room great views we spotted multiple wildlife and I had an awesome view of the volcano place was small, but cozy just perfect for me and my son

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the volcano when the clouds weren’t low. It was close to many things we did in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is just as shown in pictures. Retreat is gated. The breakfast that is available down the road has 3 options with fresh delicious fruit. Also provides a grab and go sandwich if you are leaving before they open you just need to pick it up the night before. We would definitely...

My stay at Los Lagos could not have been anymore magical! The resort is beautiful, so many hidden places to explore. I saw so many birds, lizards, wild boars and other critters during my walks. Loved spending my mornings drinking coffee on my rooms balcony, hearing the jungle slowly wake up Every single person working at the hotel from the wait staff to housekeeping were nothing short of amazing and attentive. Depending on where your room is situated, may be a bit of a hike from the...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Place to Stay in La Fortuna! I’ve stayed at Alojamientos N&S several times, and every experience has been absolutely wonderful! The property is always spotless, the cleanliness is exceptional, and the hospitality is outstanding. One of the things I appreciate most is how safe, peaceful, and comfortable the place feels, making every stay even more enjoyable. You can truly tell how much care and attention goes into making guests feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s...

Love, love, love our host. She is such a kind woman, much like a mother figure. My very first night in Costa Rica. I got a flat tire and the host helped get our tire changed to the doughnut and the next day she accompanied us by taking us to two different tire shops to get the tire fixed. She also recommended some very good places to eat at local shops. I would love to comeback here.

Very clean and quiet! So nice to have cleaners every day and breakfast every morning. We loved fabricio, give that man a raise!!!!
