"This hotel was located conveniently near the Tokyo Monorail and the train station, making it easy to navigate to various attractions. The staff was so friendly, polite, and helpful! They helped us with directions, ordered us a taxi, and helped us transfer our luggage to the next hotel. They were just incredible! Our room was spacious, clean, and maintained daily. The breakfast each morning was delicious with lots of options including Japanese and western foods. There was even a 7-11 and grocery store just outside our lobby. I would highly recommend!"

"My stay at Ours Inn Hankyu was very nice. While I didn't utilize the spa on the fourth floor. The rest of my experience was pretty nice. They're buffet was nice and the staff there were very nice too. The hotel staff themselves were also very helpful at providing information especially to a foreigner like me. With that said if you are gonna check in earlier than their check in time. Be prepared to fork out 3,000 yen. It isn't that bad but just plan accordingly if you don't wanna spend 3,000 yen to check in early. The nice thing is you can put your luggage in a self storage room near the counter. So if you can try to appear later for them or find what you can do till then. Either way I loved my stay there!"
