Wanted a night of rest following a long flight before connecting to my next flight on the next day. Check-in and checkout was easy but I do see it being very chaotic if it was a peak time. Rooms were simple and great. I wish the pillows were better but the room did its job for one night

Although the view was amazing, the room was dirty with lots of dust and the sheets were yellowish. My eyes were puffy and my throat hurt as a result of dry and dirty air. I requested extra towels and they asked me to go downstairs to pick it up, which I thought was disgraceful. The lovely night receptionist ...

The beds are very comfortable. Room facilities are complete all the things you need are available. The toilet however smells like cigarette smoke all the time.

Comfortable bed with large comforter on top, I kept room cold and snuggled under comforter. The room lights and temperature modern control switches next to bed within arms reach in bed, allowing me to warmed up the room prior getting out of bed!
I would just say that next time i will stay at Mercure because it was family oriented and i had nothing to worry about.
We liked the food and shopping area. The souvenirs were much better priced then Tokyo. The loud speaker cars drove around all night announcing political garb. Sarushima Park was beautiful though.
