「None of the amenities were in service, all were closed and out of operation including the elevator in a 5 story hotel. When I asked why we were not notified that the elevator was out of service prior to check in I was told it wasn’t on the list of included amenities in a very snotty tone. We were provided a code for the door to our room but not to the building, fortunately someone was in the lobby and let us in. The room was poorly furnished, only 1 night table a bed and 1 uncomfortable...

「Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Would have been nice to know before booking how small the room was, found out after booking but luckily we were only there one night so it was ok. Offered us towels if we went to the hot springs, it is a code used for the door which was great, didn’t have to worry about a card or key. Checking in was easy and the staff made sure all was good, accompanied us right to the room to verify we were happy with it. Definitely would...

「Straight up, I didn’t stay here; I booked it for my 71 year old dad on a ski trip. He drank a beer in the raucous hotel bar where there was live music, was asleep by 10 when the music stopped and the lady that owned the place hugged him goodbye. Simply put, this night’s stay gave him more ammo for story telling than the previous 10 days. Outstanding.」
